Our Process
Landscape Consultations
At the initial consultation we meet prospective clients at their homes and businesses to discuss preliminary ideas and concepts. Sometimes a simple sketch and estimate can move us forward to a scheduled date of installation. Consultations are by appointment.
Landscape Design
Our talented, certified designers can create a customized design for your project. Our design team will transform your outdoor living areas, large or small, and will help you bring out the hidden potential in your landscape.
Project Review and Estimates
At our second consultation we present clients with their custom landscape design, estimates and discuss installation details. We will work with you to make sure the plants, materials and project details reflect your style and taste.
Installation Phase
Once a project is agreed upon, we prepare a contact and installation dates are scheduled. In most cases we require half the agreed total cost as a deposit to schedule your project, with the remaining half to be paid upon completion of the project. We communicate frequently with the client before and during installation. We manage the installation of your landscaping by our own, experienced crews and make sure that everything is as agreed upon and of the highest quality.
Project Follow Up
We will contact you after installation to make sure no details have been missed. We will provide you with customized care instructions for the plants and materials installed with your project.
